Unpacking doesn’t have any scenes or definite plot, but you can easily guess about the events that are happening in the life of the character by examining her things. Watch how her interests are changing together with her and assiduously help her to recreate the right atmosphere in her new apartments against all odds.
Some of the stuff will be left behind and each time you are going to deal with a bunch of new objects. Place clothes, utensils, disks, toys and other curious things where they belong. The game consists of seven stages and each of them reflects a certain period from the life of the main heroine.
The starting point of your relatively short adventure in Unpacking starts from the childhood room. Then you will notice how the girl is moving to college, to her partner and to the other houses. Her life may take pretty unexpected turns and it will be a challenge for you to discover which ones exactly.
Gameplay Unpacking
Unpacking offers you unsophisticated gameplay where all you need to do is just to drag the objects out from the packages to their proper places. Put various bottles with shampoo and other products in the bathroom lockers and colourful books on the bookshelves in the bedroom. Experiment with the positions and reveal new variants of accommodation.
The project lets you put out the items in the way you want, but the arrangement has to make sense. If some object doesn’t belong to a certain room or surface, the game will let you know in the end. This way, you will be able to turn a blank and boring space into something unique and marvellous.
The further you proceed in the game, the more areas you need to assemble during one level. The boxes are scattered around all the house and you never know what exactly they contain. So, develop the correct structure on the way and infinitely reposition the items you have already settled. Make each dwelling perfect for its inhabitant!
